List of changes:
1. The function of in-depth analysis of the game client catalogs has been restored by obtaining information from the WG update server (tested on RU, EU, NA, ASIA, CT clients)
2. When downloading data from the game update server, if the list of HD packages is not available or its version is not known, then the file names are taken from the actual paths.xml file
3. The game check button has been replaced with the WG Game Center launch button
4. Added new tooltips, texts of old tips have been edited
5. To replace the deprecated command line argument --run-wot-check, new ones have been added: --run-wotlauncher and --run-wgc
6. Changed the address of the update server
